To this end, this extra-strength tonic is undiluted with water and contains our concentrated distillation rose petal hydrolat, fortified with a blend of upliftingly fragrant essential oils which are highly effective at toning, regulating sebum production and refining the texture of normal, oily or combination skin. 50ml.
