Vanessa Murphy

Before moving into psychotherapy, she had a rich career as a drama teacher and director of her own school, where she witnessed firsthand the power of creative expression in personal transformation. Vanessa now integrates Mindfulness-Based Compassionate Living (MBCL) into her work with clients.

She believes in meeting each person where they are, creating a safe and supportive space to explore challenges and rediscover inner strength. Vanessa’s approach is relational, experiential, and body-oriented, drawing on the latest insights from neuroscience, attachment theory, and somatic therapies. Whether you seek therapy for a specific issue or a deeper exploration of self, she offers a grounded, intuitive, and collaborative process.
