Vanessa is a fully qualified and practising crystal healer and Reiki Master with over a decade of experience in this field. She has thoroughly enjoyed working not only with individuals but teaching in spiritual group sessions, covering topics such as Crystals ,chakras, Angels and also teaching at all Reiki qualification levels.

Crystal therapy is a beautiful treatment which will normally consist of a number of carefully chosen crystals selected by the therapist which are then placed on or around the body of the client in the areas that are most in need of healing.

Reiki is a relaxing treatment that will not only cleanse and clear away negative blockages but also balance energies ,as well as nenergise and uplift your whole system. You will also receive your very own personal bespoke meditation which she will tailor to your personal requirements covering everything from anxiety, work related stress, physical problems, sleep issues through to just not feeling quite yourself.

All treatments with the Vanessa will be totally tailored to your individual needs treating the mind, body and spirit.

Vanessa also has  additional qualifications as a master NLP practitioner, life coach and hypnotherapist.
