Hypnotherapy aims to change messages that are given to us by our subconscious. 

Through hypnotherapy you can can your inner voice and internal dialogue to help us achieve our goals. 

These changes can be made for many reasons including weight management, smoking, stress, anxiety, sleep problems, motivational issues, self-confidence, exam confidence, focus, emotional issues, fears, phobias and much more.

Please note that all our therapists are self-employed. Saxon Wellbeing works as an agent on behalf of therapists.
