Gabriella Kell

Maria Gabriella has a Masters Degree in counselling Psychology and is a chartered counselling psychologist who has worked in the NHS for many years in a variety of settings including Adult mental health, learning difficulties as well as child and family clinics.

She specialises in working with adults experiencing:

Anxiety and excessive worry

Depression and low mood

Insomnia and sleep difficulties

Stress and burnout,

Low self-esteem and self-criticism

Psychological or sexual abuse

Life transitions and adjustment difficulties

Emotional regulation difficulties.

Gabriella also works with couples in Couples Therapy  

Couples Therapy focuses on understanding relationship dynamics, resolving conflict, and fostering emotional connection. She works with couples to identify unhelpful patterns, develop effective communication skills, and support lasting, meaningful change.

Couple therapy aims to support partners in addressing: 

-Communication challenges

-Ongoing conflicts and unresolved disagreements

-Emotional closeness and intimacy concerns

-Major life transitions and adjustments

-Experiences of loss and bereavement.

How long does therapy take?

Every relationship is unique, so the length of therapy depends on your goals and challenges. Many couples notice meaningful changes in 6–12 sessions, but some choose ongoing support for continued growth. 

Sessions are typically 60 minutes and scheduled weekly or every fortnight.

Gabriellas fee for couples therapy is £100 per hour,

with package options available on discussion.

Fees;

Individual Therapy: £80 per 60 minute session

Couples Therapy: £100 per 60 minute session

Couples Therapy  Advance Payment Option

5 sessions for £450 (paid in advance)

Sessions are 60 minutes

Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice (otherwise the full fee applies)
