Bernice has Diploma's in Indian Head Massage and Natural Lift Facial Massage/Facial Rejuvenation and also has a rarely known about qualification as a Face Yoga Teacher.

Using facial yoga herself Bernice could not believe the positive changes in her face by using this technique for just 10 to 20 minutes every day and it is clear to see when you meet Bernice she really is a shining example of the benefits of this technique and is delighted to offer this treatment and skill to her clients as well as the wonderful beneficial natural lift facial massage. Helping clients to go forward in life with positivity and the realisation that they can look and feel good at any age and stage of their lives in a safe and natural way.

In 2019 she then went on to study Indian Head Massage and Natural Lift Facial Massage/Facial Rejuvenation, gaining Diplomas in each. These wonderful holistic treatments can help you feel relaxed and yet refreshed, you can melt away enjoying these soothing treatments,whilst at the same time also improving your wellbeing.
